We need an appropriate colour palette and a visually appealing design for the page.

Consider UX features.

Consider that we have a microservice architecture -> Each service should have its own "card" or "tile" and should be rearrangable (think the landing page of Canvas). We need a grid, and different microservices could have different sizes on it (think of widgets on your phone home screen).

This is possibly a high-level issue and may have sub-issues affecting some components.

Zoom should work (resizable cards are preferred, at least on pre-defined parameters).

Note that some of the cards could have pictures, sensory data, graphs, and text, and all should work nicely as a uniform page.

You may also need to have sub-issues for different types of cards.

The Webpage design document provides a solid high-level foundation for the webpage design. The color palette, branding rules, and typography are defined with great detail.

However, since this is a high-level design issue that other sub-issues depend on (or so I understood), there is one point that can be improved and clarified:
UX features: interaction details such as resizing constraints, animations, and drag & drop behavior.
