We want a config file for all tooltips. The tooltips should use the view as key and should be added together with the card. Check viewConfigs and how data is fetched from that file for help.

Implementation of tooltip config as well as its functionallity is now done, I am currently waiting for a review on the buttonpanel that hold the tooltip symbol before making a pull-request.

Some improvements to the "text-box" of tooltip is needed so that text wont be displayed outside the window, this is another issue and will be worked on.
