We want to be able to use BFC2K to digital bulletin boards (DBBs). So, practically, display some pre-organised information on (some) of the TVs and other large displays on campus.

Sub problems:

This issue probably requires a new user group DBB with multiple users: we want to display different information per device or per group to make things easier. We may need multiple subgroups for the DBB, as displays are managed by the University of Skövde and others by the Student Union (if I remember correctly).
