1.Observe that the current script for skeleton of a service if right now in team 1 if someone starts work on it from other team then you know where the current script is. It is called UnixCreateService.sh

This issue is to be able to create a build script for skeleton of an api.
The current buildCreateService focuses on a sensor strucutre. It has some similarities to api but it needs be separated.
You can decide yourself if it can be a separated script or improving the current script.
