Thoughts about functionality

We want to be able to add documents
adding pdf documents might be come a bit later as this would probably involve saving to db.
adding notes could be a substitute in early implementation
buttons to add and delete
At early implementation all can do these things but later permissions can be introduced
This is meant for large tv screens but to make it accessible to other screens double tapping a view can make a popup of that pdf to be able to read at smaller screens.

These are thought and examples for how we want our bulletin board to work, feel free to add change and give feedback on functionality to prepare before we start implementing.
