For future development might be good to comment/add how the text alignment, spacing and text overflow would be handle but otherwise its suitable in its current state.

The card works for its intended purpose as a simple text/announcements, there's not much to say as the design has a appropriate level of detail and its layout is clear and easy to understand with a clear header for the title and a body area for text.
