Description

In issue #843 the pages general design were decided. In this issue we should now implement this design. Where icons are used download material designs official icons https://fonts.google.com/icons.
Light Mode (we are not very satisfied with the colour, but it is the colour the university specified):

What should be done

Implement the new design in both dark and light mode
Download and use material design icons
The page should respond to changes in color scheme. IT this exampel emerald is used.
