Made a PR for updated frontend README file

Wrote in WIKI on Testing with playwright (unsure where in the wiki i should put it though).

Review on the wiki

The structure is good and it clearly explains why we are using playwright and how it works. It also explains how it is run.
The documentation is easy to follow for developers who are new to it and it includes the steps of how to set it up and how the execution process work.

However as I have seen that there are some problems with the PR I would like to place it on hold instead of saying its complete so that if there are any changes that need to be made it can be done through this issue.
