Added a skeleton Graph component for the weather
todo:
Hook to the API
shift height and color based on temperature
create CSS file for styling
Extra if time allows:
Add image based on forecastet weather types (sunny, rainy...)

Added a external css file for the WeatherGraph and started moving weather data getting away from temperature view into the WeatherGraph.

API hooking and Theme.css matchign will be added after the next merge
