Clean up in DockerCompose #1098

We have changed to using stacks to start containers instead of one monolith compose file.
Now i believe the old compose file is just a relic that lies around.
I have tried to comment it out and it worked for me
I didn't remove the the project entirely but i removed everything from the docker and installed and rebuild it.

Issue involves:

As removing the file i very easy this issue mostly involves duble checking so nothing is still dependent on the monolith file (shouldnt be)
