Checked all scripts WindowsRebuild.bat, UnixRebuild.sh, UnixRebuildDebug.sh, none of them reference DockerCompose/compose.yaml. They all use core/compose.yaml and stacks/*/compose.yaml, should be safe to remove.

After deleting the file, no changes or bugs were found. Everything seems to be working normally.
