Update deployment Wiki for the Windows script #1099

We need to update the wiki since we now have a windows script and they are not the same

What did i do?

Changed all the names to be correct following our upcoming changes to main.
Added the Windows deployment guide
Added a description on how to access the server through Windows
Changed the formatting in the Access server to follow the deployment guides.

Note that the links to files doesnt work at this current point because it hasnt been pushed to main yet, but the paths should be correct after next merge.

Read through comments.
Read through linked wiki pages.

Conclusion

Looks good, as far as I can tell. The updated wiki pages are clear and concise on what needs to be done in order to access and deploy the server. However it should be noted, that for reasons that should be obvious, it was not possible for me to actually perform a live test of the steps and procedures listed on the wiki pages.

Yeah, of course. That's why these server related tasks are hard to validate from other developers.
For next week's merge i am planning on Validating both that the script works along with the guide.
