Not sure if this is a duplicate but some related issues might be: #269 and #271

The current dropdown menu is sufficient for testing but the customer would probably want something more robust. There has been some discussions about this in the office that we can either have a solution that adds a new, empty, Card and a View can be added to it. Or a (modal) menu that shows all available views and adds the Card with the View in one click.

This is just two ideas that can be redesigned, combined or whatever. I would like some ideas to be discussed and documented in this issue, eventually also presenting ideas, screenshots, etc. so the customer might have some options to choose from.
