Added grid in Dashboard.js that is displayed only in edit mode.

-The grid acts as a visual guideline to help users align and resize cards more accurately.

Grid is conditionally rendered when edit mode is enabled

-Improved usability when arranging and resizing components in the dashboard.

The footer could be made dynamic so it adjusts based on the page content, preventing content from overlapping.

This could be addressed in a future issue.

What's done

Tested on macOS using Chrome

Reviewed the implementation of the grid in Dashboard.js
Verified that the grid is displayed only in edit mode
The cards can be moved, resized and aligned as needed

What needs to be done

Footer

The footer overlaps with the dashboard content when cards are moved lower on the page

Conclusion

Looks good overall, the code works just a minor footer issue
