When cards are being moved they now show a placeholder on where they are in the grid exactly.

Code of this was already there, but it was commented out.

Also added height: 100% to card.css since a lot of things broke without it.

We're not completely sure if we will keep it this way, but its good so we can try it out. I will merge this.
