Here's what I have so far:
As was discussed on-site, these diagrams don't really follow any proper type or style of diagram, but are merely meant to quickly show the data flow through the system to get a better grasp of how it works, and how to change it (which most services will need).

I will continue working on this on-site tomorrow along with the diagrams for the other services. Feedback and reviews will most likely happen on-site as well.
