Here's the diagram for how tempService is currently structured. This service follows proper structure so it will be used as a template for how to refactor/restructure the other services.
(tempService still needs to have an additional interface file for TempService.cs as shown in the diagram, but that will be changed later.)

This issue along with #592, #592 and #589 can probably be closed now as the meeting has concluded.

@a23timgu we keep those issues and use for creation of the diagram which also includes dataflow. When that is done we can close this one.
