The implementation is done and a pull-request has been made.

The hamburger menu do no end where footer starts, have spoken with issue-coordinator if we really want it to strech that long. There is only one option in the menu and perhaps we just want it to strech to the last option instead of having a "fixed" height/length of the menu.
