We want to be able to save pdf documents in a db that can be accessed by the "bulletin board" to show information to all users.
This issue involves research of implementation
Noah have made implementation in issue #896 #305 for saving images, the thought is to extend this to use for the pdf files aswell

  • Creating db
  • Adding pdf files to the db
  • removing pdf files from db
  • accessing these files to show on the bulletin board

in issue #903 you can see thoughts and examples on how we want the view to work
