Review on #1058

Whats done

Added tooltips and translation for todo and translation cards

Tested on Windows using Chrome and Firefox

  • App starts
    • Checked in addcard modal, they are translated there.
    • Added them to dashboard and checked their tooltip, looks good.

Inspected following files

  • Everything follows standard and looks good.

What needs to be done

  • Swedish translation is missing.

Conclusion

  • Swedish translation should be added, after that it should be ready to merge.
