What is done

Made a function to change background image on navbar while season is enabled, currently there is only one seasonal image which is spring but adding images to other seasons can be done easely. Changed css as well as passed theme state from app to navbar/settings, this is needed so when the button is pressed the other component is updated aswell. This could be used where any future seasonal image is wanted (perhaps login module).

Review

The navbar changes when the seasonal theme is switched on.
All changes are well structured and follow the code standards.

One thing I would personally love to see is an overlay of the seasonal image to the navbar, the theme and selected colors will still show. But i believe this can be done on another issue.

Nothing needs to be changed.
Can be merged!
