Review on #1143

Whats done

Tested on Windows using Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome

App starts
The translate and Todo view can be added
and they show their tooltip in both English and Swedish

Inspected following files:

frontend/src/configs/tooltipConfig.js
frontend/src/locales/en.json
frontend/src/locales/sv.json
- indentation is ok and no problem can be seen

What needs to be done

Nothing

Conclusion

The issue seems to have been fixed and can be merged without any issues.
