Icon size was changed on mobile to so that the height of the navbar would be consistent (before the navbar changed height when crossing the threshold for mobile screen width (768px)

Review on #1144

Whats done

Reviewed changes related to mobile icon resizing and responsive navbar consistency.

Tested on Windows using Firefox

Verified that the navbar height remains consistent when crossing mobile breakpoint.
Verified that the mobile icon/logo scales correctly on smaller screen size.
App starts correctly
- No issues found during testing or errors.

Inspected following files :

frontend/src/components/Navbar/Navbar.module.css
- Looks good and follows standard, no issues found.

What needs to be done

No need to fix something or change. Issue is solved.
