Last cleanup before last deployment to server

Last cleanup before last deployment to server
Checked and updated Rebuild scripts

Also added much needed file to fileService
Some comment changes was removed when merged with other PRs, checked over it once.
SolarService did not connect to its Service properly, now it does but it errors due to connections to its database
