Added 2 icons to display the state of the grid, if it is movable or not. They are free to use from https://www.flaticon.com
Also added the blue button for the react grid layout setting, and the primary purple for the 404 page.
Code works as intended. There is a button whit a icon that changes based on the state of the grid, a lock if its locked and arrows if you can move things within it. There is a button on the 404 pages that takes you back to the home page.
The code follows established coding standards.
The review has been done in a proper manner. The pull request has been manually added to the team branch.
