Navbar and Footer implement light and dark mode, also implements the color selector on the settings menu.

#310 Added colour to change to Navbar and Footer 313c4ea4f0

Both the Navbar and Footer now should change colour depending on which style is in use. However I cannot test good enough since there are other issues with the app making testing hard

Now works with colorselector a300ac3d13

Navbar and footer only changes between two colors in light and dark mode.

I did a quick review since this matter is very small i will do the review.
Told the developer that the inclusion of style selector should be another matter. This will be merged.
