Added .873 to all projects that referenced it. Also added the command to ParkingApiMockup as it was missing it. Reimplemented since it was missing due to the weekly merge, see Issue #204 for more info.

I have reviewed this, this is actually an old fix twhich was lost in the weekly merge. This will be merged right away.
