Review on PR #(#549-fix-dashboard-style)

What was done

Moved inline styles from Dashboard.js to Dashboard.module.css

Tested on Mac using chrome

App starts with no errors, no visible changes are notable. Styling remains the same.

Inspected the following files

Dashbaord.js

- Indentation = ok 
- Naming convention = ok
- Comments = ok 
- Code quality = ok

Dashboard.module.css

- indentation = small error(no functional impact)

- Naming convention = ok 
- Comments = ok 
- Code quality = ok
