Descriptions are added from tooltipConfig. I also added some space between the buttons to make the descriptions more readable.

addCardModal now sets tooltips as descriptions for the view buttons. Also gave them some space afde20eb4e

Review on #780/#785

Whats done

Added descriptions to view buttons in addCardModal % added more space between buttons.

Tested on Windows using Chrome & Firefox

App starts
- Features added work, the description is the same as the tooltip.

Inspected following files

frontend/src/features/addCardModal/AddCardModal.js
- Indentation/code styling
  - No change here, looks good.
- Naming convention
  - Nothing done here, looks good.
- Comments
  - No comments needed to be added.
- General code quality
  - Simple solution.

What needs to be done

Nothing needs to be done, works well.

Conclusion

Ready for merge.
