Changed the height cap for showing scrollbar from 90% to 80%.
Now scrollbars only appear if the content in the card is bigger than the card.

View's get scrollbars eaven when the "fit" #866

Whats done

Tested on Windows 11 using Google Chrome

App starts
- The Scrollbar seems too be working as described.

Inspected following files Card.module.css

Card.module.css
- Only the variable was changed so everything looks good.

What needs to be done

The title of the pull request should be changed to "#866 views get scrollbars even when they fit" so it links back to the right issue

Conclusion

Everything looks good, this can be merged as soon as the title is changed
