Gets the current month and sets the themes for html.

css for themes are not implemented, just the selectors.

To test if they change based on different months you can use "--card-color-bg: pink;" for example in the different css datasets and increase the month value so that the month changes.

Code is sound and the described test works on Linux machines and shows no visible issues. we can now probably create issues to design and create seasonal version of the site
