This is intended to be the final pull-request for issue #861

Changes in this pull-request.

Fixed numerous post-merge issues, involving lost/overwritten translate() calls.
Updated localization in settings for the new options introduced with merge.
Added localization to Styling.
Added localization to footer.
Added localization to Login Modal
Added localization to new Socials page.
Added localization to card tooltips shown in the AddCardModal and when hovering over the cards ?-icon.

Post-Merge update 1437391da4

- Fixed overwritten localization strings in Dashboard.
- Fixed the alphabetical list sorting in AddCardModal
- Updated localization in settings.
- localized the stylings component.

Finished localizing the core app/site. b86e8c74cc

- Fixed a few more post-merge localization glitches.
- Added localization to the footer.
- Added localization to the new Socials page.
- Added localization to the Login Modal.
- Added localization to the card tooltips.

Remaining: Cards were not localized, in this commit, as i deem them "too hot" to work on, at present.

Review on #861

Whats done

Added language support

Tested on Windows using Chrome & Firefox

App starts
- Tested that all links and buttons still work and show proper translation
- Everything still works.

Inspected following files

All files look good.

What needs to be done

frontend/src/configs/tooltipConfig.js
- Maybe this is not that important, but all other tooltips use "visar" while notes uses "visa" when translated. Would be good if all use "visar" or if there are more differences in referencing to what the cards do.
- Notes and sudoku are not translated word for word either, do not know how important that is however. "Ett parti sudoku" sounds weird in my opinion.

Conclusion

Noted that the cards are not translated and that they will have to be translated by other developers who are working on the cards revamp currently.
The things commented on above needs to be fixed, after that it is ready to be merged.
