Now the logging of server deploys act in a more desirable fashion.

Added timestamp log file creation, to make it easier to see what deploy session it is referencing.
Added timestamp displaying seconds to know how long the process was taking.
Added nohup to SSH command so that it will run remotely on the server.

scripts/deployment/DeployTrigger.sh should not directly reference the path to the key, as it might be hard to follow. It is better to have an abstract path, such as /path/to/key/private.key and mention in the Wiki that this path should be replaced with the path to the key.
